Glen's Final Day and Tentative Schedule

After many long days and steep hills (and strong winds , rain , flat tires, broken iPods, lost GPS, yada yada yada) Glen will be arriving in St.John's, NL on July 14th (tomorrow!).

If you are in the St. John's area you can see Glen do his final climb up the slopes of Signal Hill. The exact time is dependant on weather and the ferry, but we are expecting Glen arriving sometime between 4:30 and 6:00pm. Hopefully on the earlier side, but he is riding his bike across the Avalon penninsula after all !

Afterwards it's a big celebration on George St at Rob Roy's with lots of great music and food after 7:30ish.

Go cheer him on as he climbs the last hill !

Go Glen Go !

I can't believe it's finally here!!

Glen, you have accomplished so much, inspired so many, and have had an impact on everyone you have met...you must be so proud, yet exhausted at the same time!

I can't even begin to imagine the wave of emotions you have had in the past few days, or what tomorrow will bring.

I'm sure the sun will be shining as you reach your final destination. We'll all be with you in spirit, at least, if we can't all be there in person.

Good luck on your final day. Soak in every moment.

Dearest Glen:
I salute you friend! Your efforts have inspired many. I hope all you feel is pride because you have accomplished so much - not always measured in dollars. And yet, look at the $$ you have raised! WOW! $60 grand that wasn't there yesterday to fund cancer research. Paul so hoped to be there to celebrate, but in the end couldn't swing it - we're there with you in spirit. We've both been touched by cancer - my Dad and Paul's Mom and I know they've been smiling down on you these past couple of months.
Enjoy the celebration after accomplishiong the goal you set for yourself a few short months ago. Bask in it and soak it all up!
Love you tons, thanks for the ride,
Am, Paul, Justin & Adam xo

Dear Uncle Glen,
We would like to congratulate you on an amazing journey for such a great cause. Im sure your friend really appreciates all the hardships you have endured for his sake. We wish you luck on your last day of biking and for a safe and successful completion of your trip. Hopefully we can catch up on your trip when you come down to Atlanta. And if you think your pains are rough now, well then you better suck it up because it's going to get alot worse when we get on the golf course buddy. We are very proud of you and will see you soon.
Love, Michael and Danielle

Go Glen Go

By the way El Blonde needs to be checked into the big house on the hill, but we can't afford to do so. Do you mind biking back to YVR to help our cause.

Great Job - Now lay back, grab a beer and enjoy the applause

Hey there! I know this is somewhat off-topic however I needed to ask.

I'm brand new to writing a blog but I do write in my journal on a daily basis. I'd like to start a blog so I can easily share my
