Thank you Tracy and Ron at Spurz in Odessa SK for your wonder hospitality.
At 6:20 this morning the air was fresh, the winds were challenging, and it was an hour into my ride before we saw another vehicle.

Crushing the hills in Saskatchewan.
We were welcomed into Swift Current by Officer Gary Pepin and his wife Brenda and Daughter Amy. One call from Gary's brother Tim Pepin (Air Canada Pilot) brought out the heat.
Thank you Valerie Lalonde from Southwest TV news and Colin Powers from Golden West Radio for allowing us to tell our story to the Swift Current community.
With strong tail winds the trucks had to get out of my way!!

Calgary to Bassano
I would like to thank all the staff at the Delta Bow in Calgary for there 5 Star
treatment. You could not have made our stay more comfortable. Thank you from the coast2coast2cure team. Your all wonderful!!!!

Thank you to all the staff at the Delta Bow Valley in Calgary
We would like to take this opportunity to Thank the Delta Bow Valley staff for your warm reception when we arrived, you all made us feel very welcome. Thank you to the Management for providing us with a room for free for the next 2 days, we appreciate it and it has definitely helped support our journey so far.
I would like to thank you for putting the sign in the elevator I was overwhelmed with your support.
I would like to thank all the staff for your lovely cards and warm wishes as well as the cheese platter that was left in my room.
You have made me feel welcome in Calgary.

Banff to Calgary and a day of rest.
An 8:50 start, combined a lot of downhill riding put us into Calgary at 2:00 pm.
Today I was Joined outside of Calgary by Mark Gillespie, for the last 20 K of the journey. It's always nice to have company along the route, Thanks for coming out Mark.
