Wawa to Pancake Bay
Thank you to Rafal and Eugenia Stepien owners of the Parkway Motel just south of Wawa. What a beautiful Motel!!!
This was by far the toughest day outside BC that I have had....where are my ice packs! We also saw a little black bear cub at the side of the road, didn't stick around to take his picture, there was no telling just how close momma bear was.
Thank you to the Voyageurs' Lodge for putting up Coast2coast2cure in Pancake Bay.

Good work,
Proud of ya!Rob
Hey Glen
Here's one to keep you smiling
A nerd was walking down the sidewalk one day when his friend, another nerd, rode up on an incredible shiny new bicycle.
The first nerd was stunned by his friend's sweet ride and asked, "WOW! Where did you get such a nice bike?"
The second nerd replied, "Well, yesterday I was walking home, minding my own business, when a beautiful woman rode up to me on this bike. She threw the bike to the ground, took off all her clothes and said, 'Take what you want!'"
The second nerd nodded approvingly, "Good choice. The clothes probably wouldn't have fit."
Pancake Bay? Never heard of it until you cycled through it! Keep it up! Understand you heard from Elaine?
Keep pedalling, pedalling, pedalling. More than half the country behind you and after Quebec the hospitality of the Maritimes waiting for you! Is lobster on your coast2coast diet?
Amer & Boys
Amer;
When I'm finished the ride I'm going to publish a diet book, It's going to be titled: Burn 6000 calories a day cycling, and eat what ever you like.

Yup, I did hear from Elaine, and Thanks Elaine.
Glen
Hey Glen your book will have one chapter only. Chapter 1:
Bike at least 100km's aday.
The end.
Will you sign it??
Hi Honey,
I see some familiar low gear signs in front of you in the pictures. I can imagine you are tired.
Your looking great and like Amer says, the Maritimes are waiting for you.Looks like you had a warmer day.

Hope all is well and that you are having a good day out there.
Did you hear about the vampire bicycle that went round biting people's arms off? It was a vicious cycle.
Cheers
