We have arrived...
...in YVR [ed:that's Vancouver for us non-pilot folk .. Andy] safe and sound.
I would like to thank the the entire crew of Air Canada flight
181 YYZ-YVR for their spectacular service and good wishes
you made the first part of our journey warm welcoming and memorable.

All the best for your journey ahead. Wish I could have been there to join you but I'll be there in spirit. I'll see you at some point along the way. I know exactly how you feel and you should be very proud of what you are about to do. It's a huge and selfless act. Get a pic at mile zero before you leave Victoria
